This page summarises the key terms that apply to enrollment in any program offered by Identity Code Method Academy™ (ICMA). A full Program Participation Agreement is provided and signed individually at the time of enrollment.

HOW ENROLLMENT WORKS

Enrollment in The Predictable Revenue Alchemist™ is not open registration. Every participant enters through the following sequence:

Complete the Revenue Identity Expander™ at identitycodemethod.com/reveal
Book and attend a Consistent Revenue Breakthrough Session
Receive and sign a Program Participation Agreement with individual payment terms confirmed

Enrollment is confirmed only when the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment: Program investment and payment schedule are confirmed individually in your Breakthrough Session. All payment obligations in your signed agreement are binding from the date of enrollment.

7-day refund period: If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your program start date, provided you have attended the first group coaching call or engaged with at least the first module.

After 7 days: All payments made are non-refundable. If you are on a payment plan, all remaining instalments continue to be due regardless of participation level.

WHAT YOU COMMIT TO

By enrolling, you agree to:

Engage with the program content, calls, and exercises in good faith
Apply the methodology in your actual business
Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other participants
Not reproduce, share, or resell any program materials
Communicate openly if you encounter challenges affecting your participation

WHAT WE COMMIT TO

We commit to:

Delivering the program as described and scheduled
Providing access to all program materials for the duration of your enrollment
Responding to support requests within 2 business days
Treating your information, Revenue Pattern data, and coaching session content as confidential

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program content — including the Identity Code Method™ framework, the five Revenue Patterns, all pillar and step content, worksheets, videos, and coaching frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Identity Code Method Academy™.

You may use program materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the methodology to deliver services to others without written permission from ICMA.

NATURE OF THE PROGRAM

The Identity Code Method™ is not therapy, counseling, or a licensed mental health service. Participation is voluntary and self-directed. Results depend on your effort, application, and consistency and are not guaranteed.
