1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing identitycodemethod.com, completing the Revenue Identity Expander™, booking a Breakthrough Session, or enrolling in any program offered by Identity Code Method Academy™ (“ICMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or enroll in any program.

ICMA offers the following services:

The Consistent Revenue Unlock™ — a free live online workshop

Paid services:

The Consistent Revenue Breakthrough Session™ — a paid 90-minute 1:1 session ($147)
The Predictable Revenue Alchemist™ — a paid 90-day coaching program (pricing discussed in Breakthrough Session)
Any other programs or services offered on this website

4. NATURE OF SERVICES

The Identity Code Method™ is an identity-level methodology for behavioral and execution pattern change. It is not coaching, therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or a licensed health service.

Participation in any ICMA program or service is:

Voluntary and self-directed
Not a substitute for professional mental health treatment
Not a guarantee of specific business, revenue, or life outcomes

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service.

All program materials, worksheets, videos, written content, copy, and course materials
The TEA Loop™, DAR Sequence™, The Revenue ARC™, The Consistency Formula™
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names

…are the exclusive intellectual property of Identity Code Method Academy™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any program content without written permission
Use any ICMA trademark or branded name in any manner that could cause confusion
Create derivative works based on ICMA content
Sell, license, or commercially exploit any ICMA materials

You may:

Share your personal results and experience from the program
Reference ICMA programs and methodology by name in a factual context

6. THE BREAKTHROUGH SESSION — TERMS

Booking and payment:

Payment of $147 is required at the time of booking to confirm your session
Payment is collected through our secure payment processor (Stripe or PayPal)
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received

The $147 session credit:

Your $147 Breakthrough Session fee is applied as a credit toward enrollment in The Predictable Revenue Alchemist™ if you enroll during or within 7 days of your session
The credit is non-transferable and applies only to PRA enrollment

Cancellation and rescheduling:

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time forfeit the session fee
No-shows forfeit the session fee

Refund policy:

Breakthrough Session fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered
If we cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

7. THE PREDICTABLE REVENUE ALCHEMIST™ — ENROLLMENT TERMS

Enrollment:

Enrollment in The Predictable Revenue Alchemist™ is by application and completion of the Revenue Identity Expander™ followed by a Breakthrough Session
We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion

Payment:

Program investment and payment plan options are discussed and confirmed in the Breakthrough Session
Full program details, payment schedules, and enrollment agreements are provided at the time of enrollment
All payment obligations are binding once an enrollment agreement is signed

Refund policy:

Program refund terms are detailed in the individual enrollment agreement provided at the time of enrollment
In general, refunds are available within 7 days of the program start date, subject to terms in the enrollment agreement
After 7 days, payments made are non-refundable
If you are on a payment plan, all remaining payments remain due regardless of whether you continue participating in the program

Program delivery:

Program content is delivered via FluentCommunity (online platform) and scheduled group coaching calls via Google Meet
Session schedule, call recordings (where applicable), and platform access are detailed in program materials provided upon enrollment
We reserve the right to modify program content, delivery format, and schedule with reasonable notice to enrolled participants

8. FREE WORKSHOP — TERMS

Registration:

The Consistent Revenue Unlock™ workshop is free to attend
Registration confirms your seat for a specific session date
No replay is available — live attendance only
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session with reasonable notice

Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in the workshop environment
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the workshop for disruptive or inappropriate behavior

9. USER CONDUCT

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
Collect or harvest personal information about other users
Reproduce, distribute, or resell any program content
Impersonate any person or entity

10. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Testimonials, case studies, and income or revenue examples used on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only. They represent individual results achieved by specific clients under specific circumstances.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ICMA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICMA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the website or services
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services use third-party platforms including Google Meet, Stripe, PayPal, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party service.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland, United States.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating any legal action, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, enrolled program participants will be notified by email.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreement you have signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and ICMA regarding your use of our website and services.
